We look for new ideas

Rural Hack Challenge is an event that will be held during the year 2023 in several countries that consists of creating ideas related to the concerns and challenges that young people have today.

During two days you will be able to participate in a creative event where we will create new projects for rural 2030!.

The first is in Lugo for all of Europe on January 30 and 31 and we are going to talk about Climate Change.

Climate change refers to long-term changes in temperatures and weather patterns. These changes can be natural, for example, through variations in the solar cycle. But since the 19th century, human activities have been the main driver of climate change, mainly due to the burning of fossil fuels such as coal, oil and gas.

PROGRAMME

The COVID-19 pandemic has shocked the world and exposed cracks in our systems. From broken supply chains to mass unemployment and racial disparities, things must change!. It seems that it is already far away but it is not true and the consequences for the countryside are much more profound, widening the gaps that already existed before then. We can let the opportunity for rural recovery pass in front of our door or we can think and offer possibilities for the future towards the year 2030.

We call on young men and women from all corners of society to come together and be part of the change!
