Welcome to the Creative Jam Rural Hack Challenge ( online ). We need your participation in the future of the countryside so we need as many young people as you are willing and able to participate with us in this idea generation event.
PROGRAMME & REGISTRATION
A Creative Jam Challenge is an event that brings together young people, partners, agencies and decision makers to facilitate the opportunity to ‘get creative’ and build prototypes to tackle social problems through workshops and a hackathon. In each Creative Jam, there are a number of topics to be addressed. The ideas, services and products you create should tie into the theme of the event. For this we have selected a subject that concerns us a lot and is related to the future of Rural: YOUTH, PARTICIPATION AND CITIZENSHIP: Peace, Justice and Institutions.

100 YOUNG PEOPLE LOOKING FOR SOLUTIONS AT AN INTERNATIONAL EVENT
EXPERTS, TRAINERS AND YOUNG PEOPLE TO GIVE RURAL AREAS VISIBILITY
The first day will be a short introduction to YOUTH, PARTICIPATION AND CITIZENSHIP: Peace, Justice and Institutions and how it will affect the rural areas of our countries. You will be able to participate actively and online, it will be a lot of fun at the same time you will learn a lot. Online events are ideal for preparing all face-to-face events.

18:00 – Ice Breaker: Complete your “Hot Air Balloon Board!”
You will introduce yourself to your crew and have a fruitful discussion about the topic previously chosen corresponding to your room tackling issues of the rural areas within the main theme: YOUTH, PARTICIPATION AND CITIZENSHIP: Peace, Justice and Institutions.
19:30- Debate time!
It is time to offer some testimonials! Experts will talk about the theoretical and practical issues and experiences regarding the participation in the rural life of their community! Don t forget to ask questions!
20:30 – End of the day
During the first Creative Jam challenge, we built our teams and once you’ve agreed on the idea you want to work on, you apply and develop your digital and creative skills, through tackling real-world issues. The Challenge is 2 hours long. Will we manage?
Today it’s time to work on an idea and then present it to the jury. There are prizes!

Through the Miro platform we will begin to work on an idea on a particular subject, we identify a problem and we will give it a solution, the best one wins!
19:30 – Presentation of ideas in the main room
Each team has 3 minutes to present their conclusions to the plenary. Meanwhile, another member of each team will post their conclusions on the Common Ideas Board.
20:30 – End of the day and Survey Time
